there has been just as many judicial hearings that said it was constitutional as well, and the other hearing that said only the mandate was unconstitutional and seeing that as of now no one is mandated to pay for anything so its fine to go forward. You're just using the ruling of an "activist judge" to further tow your ideological line. Oh and there were also many courts that simply just through out the case because it was a waste of time in their opinion. Yep.
@Anonymous: Legally your point is as null and void as ObamaCare itself. The Judicial branch does not hold votes across districts. BHO and the Progressive gang must deal with Judge Vinson's ruling in isolation. Unless and until they acquire a stay, they are legally in contempt. Day 8 by COB today.
