The only time I ever cried over football was when I saw the Brett Favre "Junk Pictures".
Correction: I did cry when The Patriots cheated the Rams out of our 2nd Superbowl. It's easy to win a game when you have the other team's entire game plan on videotape. Aint that right Pats fans?
It a berth, not a birth. A berth is a place or placement, like a "berth on a ship". In this case it a berth in the superbowl means they are one of the two teams moving up into that slot.
