Democrat Official Flips Out. Threatens Videographer Outside Carnahan Event.

Meet Bill Skaggs. He's a former Democrat member of the Missouri State House of Representatives (1982-2002).
Now I guess it's his job to intimidate anyone who may dare to question Robin Carnahan.
