Ready to Get Pissed Off Over a Basketball Hoop?

Based on one complaint Delaware's DOT is literally stealing 60 yr old basketball hoops.

Thank God for DelDOT! The citizens of Delaware are now safe from dangerous HORSE playing 10yr olds.
