    Under Joseph Stalin, who needed a bigger workforce and military, promoted the following things to increase the population

    1. Ban Abortion
    2. Ban Homosexuality
    3. Ban Contraception

    Communists in other nations like Czech Republic and notably Ceausecue, followed suit.

    Is the GOP projecting when it calls liberals communists?

    I mean Chernobyl sure could've used an EPA and Union up it's ass to avert that tragedy.
