To the third Anon, although any thinking person can see that Dana was willing and able to debate, to the first two posters, she "lost." What are their criteria? Not the substance of her argument, but that she was too "shrill" and angry and hateful. The Almighty Commerce Clause has never been used to force citizens to buy a product. It is the most elastic portion of modern Constitutional law, and even the jaws of this mighty snake are being stretched to swallow health control. (Note: This is not the argument that the HCR supporters are using against the lawsuits from the states, so that might tell this guy a little bit about how well they expect it to hold up in court.)
Is that video supposed to make Dana look good? If so I think you might need to do some of your typical tea party editing.
