It was on private property, but the men should have called police if they were having a problem with him filming. They obviously committed assalt and battery on this man and I hope he pushes for them to be prosecuted and I also hope he sues them and the church.
Gee, wonder what would have happened if this was a black man filming a conservative in a white church and received this kind if treatment. Maddow, Matthews, olberman, and Schultz would be reporting on that situation for days.
As soon as that guy grabbed him, he should have cried out for help and interrupted the Gov's speech. At least that would have put the incident in a much more public light. Who goes to a church with thugs/enforcers?

ReplyDeleteClear assult case, needs to be addressed by the local prosecutor. The Governor needs to decry this kind of activity, or be painted by the same brush.
