While the majority of His District has over 10% unemployment, Congressman Russ Carnahan decided that the best use of his time was to throw on his short shorts and play some softball.
Oh and Ladies, Russ has a treat for you. Watch closely as Russy takes his shirt off. Don't faint when you see his glorious mane of back hair.
He probably could have taken a walk on four pitches if Barry was pitching. :)
