Ok not really. This is a brilliant bit from Chappelle's 2000 HBO Comedy Special "Killing Them Softly"

 Chappelle is actually referring to unproven rumors of George W. Bush's cocaine use in college.
With President Obama admitting in his book to Cocaine use, shouldn't Chappelle dust off this old bit and take it for a spin?
